To provide the best services to our valued customers, Five Leaves store gives you the opportunity to replace or retrieve the product within 5 days of purchase, all you have to do is observe the following:
Replacement and return conditions:
- Products must be in their original condition at the time of purchase. (Closed and Sealed).
- Ensure the products are kept in good climate conditions away from sun.
- Fill out the return and replacement form prepared for this purpose, which is available to the support employee of Five Leaves.
- The request with the customer must not exceed the specified period.
- Five Leaves store reserve the right of not replacing of refunding incase the products are proved to be used or misused or changed its original conditions.
The replacement or refund mechanism is done through the following steps:
- The customer communicates with the support staff located on the unified number or through customer care email care@com
- The employee will receive and process your request within a maximum period 3 working days, and the replacement and return form will be sent to you to fill it in.
- After that you will receive the form, to print it, place it with your request and deliver it to the nearest branch of the carrier.
- The carrier will deliver the product to a Five Leaves’s warehouse, to be inspected and ensure its safety within a maximum period of five days.
- In the event of a replacement, we will ship your new order and send its details to your account. In the event of a refund, you will be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the products.
Delivery & Return Delivery Fee
The free replacement Five Leaves allows you without a delivery fee for the first time only. In the event of a refund, the delivery fee will be deducted.
Note that the store is not responsible for returning or replacing products that prove to not remain in their original condition at the time of purchase or have been used after purchase
all Five Leaves product are good and in their original condition, but although if it’s happen please let our team support know within 3 days.
